Emma has spent almost 20 years supporting military families through voluntary and professional roles, both in the UK and overseas. After working for AFF in Cyprus as a Local Co-ordinator, she returned to the UK and led fundraising for a children’s hospice charity, specialising in corporate partnerships and organising large-scale fundraising events.
Emma later rejoined AFF as North Lead, before becoming Devolved Nations Manager and now Head of Policy. As a military spouse, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her role.
Emma lives in North Yorkshire with her husband and two children and, outside of work, enjoys spending time outdoors with her horses and dogs.
