AFF’s F&C team brief the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment

Last week, one of AFF’s Foreign & Commonwealth Advisors Sarah Drapper spoke to serving Foreign & Commonwealth personnel about visas and citizenship at the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment based in Knightsbridge, London.

The comprehensive brief detailed the routes to citizenship on completion of active Service, as well as the visa application process, income requirements and spousal/dependent visa application costs. There was lots of great feedback about the session:

“A really good brief and I left knowing more than I knew before – always a good thing!”

“It helped me understand what I am entitled to and the presentation was very clear.”

“I didn’t know who to ask before about questions that affect my family, so it was helpful to know that AFF can offer advice.”

AFF is on hand to assist in Foreign & Commonwealth matters and many more areas concerning Army families. Our qualified immigration advisors can do virtual and in-person briefs – please get in touch if you would like to organise a brief in your area. Our team will be at the Royal Armoured Corps Training Regiment in Bovington at 5pm on Thursday 16 March and with 12 RA in Thorney Island at 11am on Tuesday 21 March.
