Recently, a number of families approached AFF to highlight their concerns about the Amazon delivery service to BFPO locations. If you were experiencing delivery issues, you’ll be pleased to hear that this now appears to have been resolved.
We understand this was not an issue with BFPO itself, but was a result of an issue between Amazon and another commercial delivery organisation, meaning that deliveries were not being accepted at BFPO London.
While there is a backlog that may cause a delay, BFPO is now receiving deliveries as usual. Customers that have had their orders returned to sender can now re-order and expect delivery as usual.
