EJSU.net launches

EJSU.net, a single information gateway for Service personnel, civil servants and their families serving in Europe and Turkey has been launched, providing information on arriving and living overseas.

Through the site families can access helpful guides to each location. These include information on arrivals and departures, education, finances, healthcare, vehicle registrations and so on.

On the site families can also find key information on COVID-19, with specific links for each country in Europe, welfare support and the future healthcare model for Europe.

Useful links to Defence Gateway are included to view routine orders, policy changes, allowances and more. There are also helpful links to partner organisations, including DCYP and DMS.

AFF has been pushing for a single source of information for serving families in Europe so is pleased that EJSU.net has now gone live and will be working with EJSU to develop the content further.

If any have any comments or suggestions, contact our Regional Lead EJSU Anna Hall on ejsu@aff.org.uk

Nice idea although some information is not relevant and site seems very basic bit hard to find stuff. when we went to Brunssum we got all our information from the excellent Hive there and from the hive blog. which seems to do the same as the site. Will be good if the site improves for others but I’ll still use our hive as it’s great to speak to someone. Although nice to have both I suppose.
