FFJ update – three months since launch

It’s already been three months since the launch of Forces Families Jobs, the tri-service employment and training platform.

AFF’s Germany co-ordinator, Lindsay McCran, was excited to see the first job in Germany posted to the site. She said: “Employment is a big issue here at the moment, so this feels so positive.”

In the first three months, the number of jobs advertised has grown to around 3,600, the number of employers advertising has grown to more than 350 and the number of candidates registered has topped 525. There are also 29 training providers to choose from.

Employer and training provider Brent Davis, of Eventure Security, said of the platform: “We can interact with people out there who really need our support. We can offer the right training solutions for them.”

Are you thinking about a new job in the new year? Why not create a job alert on FFJ so that you get notifications of any new jobs meeting your criteria directly into your inbox?

Also don’t forget to check out the events section for details of training courses, careers fairs and insight days.
