Good communication is vital. From wider news to local issues, what’s affecting those around you, to sharing good news. We all like to be ‘in the know’.
How do you get yours? Are you a Facebook fan or do you prefer print? Perhaps you like to browse a website or is face-to-face your thing?
Help us get it right
AFF wants to find out how you would most like to receive communication from us, the Army and MOD, after all, they’re making decisions that affect all military families, such as the Future Accommodation Model (FAM) and flexible working policies. We want to make sure you’re hearing about them in the best way.
Our latest survey gives you the opportunity to tell us how you’d like to hear from us, how often and where you’d like to communicate with us. We offer a range of ways for you to get the latest info affecting Army families, but which do you prefer?
Making positive changes
We’ll be taking your views on board in terms of our own communication with families, as well as feeding back your preferences to senior Army and MOD contacts to ensure they’re getting it right for families like yours too.
Have your say
Share your views with us from 18 February to 8 March and help us communicate with Army families in the most effective way we can.
This survey has now closed.
