Families in the south east and south west who have had missed appointments as a result of the recent IT issues are now being contacted by VIVO to apologise and agree a new appointment. Families should start to receive compensation this week.
Compensation vouchers will come from Love2shop in the form of e-vouchers – make sure you check your junk email box.
To speak to the team specifically about missed appointments wherever you are in the UK, families should call 0800 031 8628 option 1 then option 3. The team will then raise a complaint, request compensation and rebook the appointment for you during the call.
To make a complaint about an issue other than a missed appointment, or request compensation, families should complete Pinnacle’s online form and also call 0800 031 8628 option 1 to make a new appointment.
