In this edition of Army&You, we look at the support available for families to improve emotional and mental wellbeing, therefore enhancing their military journey.

We recently took the Ask AFF roadshow to Scotland, where we talked to Army personnel, families, and welfare teams in Penicuik, Kinloss and Inverness. 

Army families inevitably face challenges at some point in the Army journey, whether it’s separation from loved ones or difficulties with childcare, knowing who to turn to and navigating the different sources of advice can be bewildering.

AFF has launched a new explainer video to provide an easily-accessible and family-friendly snapshot of our work.
