AFF’s Foreign & Commonwealth team provides qualified immigration advice to members of the UK Armed Forces and their immediate family members who are eligible to apply for a visa to enter or remain in the UK under the Armed Forces rules. We also provide advice to veterans and their immediate family members.
In the majority of cases, we provide advice via email and aim to respond to enquiries within 10 working days. We can check over online applications, but we will not usually complete them on your behalf. We will arrange to phone you or set up a virtual meeting if necessary.
The F&C team can also deliver virtual or in-person presentations to anyone with an interest in the Armed Forces immigration rules, including community groups, charities and units. Please email fcsupport@aff.org.uk and we will get in touch to discuss your requirements.
