The MOD wants to know what you think about your Armed Forces offer.
For the first time all regular Service personnel are being asked to give confidential feedback on what parts of the package matter most to them. That can mean anything from pay and accommodation to leave, benefits or support.
Results will be used to discover what you value most and where more support is needed, so improvements can be prioritised and targeted.
The MOD intends to run the survey annually to monitor trends and assess the impact of any changes.
It differs from the Armed Forces Continuous Attitude Survey (AFCAS) because it asks Service personnel to rate how important specific parts of the package are to you, and how satisfied you are with them.
The survey closes at 11.59pm, on Monday 15 December. You’ll need a Defence Gateway account to take the survey so please encourage your Service person to take part.
Feedback about your Armed Forces offer will be treated as confidential and will not be seen by your chain of command.
