Service parents now have access to a group of experts to help them navigate the intricacies of Continuity of Education Allowance.
The new CEA advisory team offers guidance to Service personnel and their families on the process. It provides signposting where needed and advises Unit HRs, helping them with complex cases and accurate interpretation of policies.
The aim is to ensure consistent guidance in the CEA decision-making process.

Your Unit HR remains the first point of contact for all pay and allowances queries, including Continuity of Education Allowance.
When you submit a query, make sure you include enough information, including number, rank, name and unit. This will help the team to provide accurate and timely advice.
