And she asked Minister for Veterans and People, Calvin Bailey, about retention issues and the latest Armed Forces Continuous Attitude Survey (AFCAS), which showed satisfaction with pay was at 37 per cent.
He mentioned recent above inflation pay rises and urged young servicemen and women to be aware early of the value of their pensions and the unseen benefits of Service life.
