DIO, in collaboration with Pinnacle, Amey and VIVO, are inviting a small group of personnel and families to trial HomeHub – a new online platform for households to manage Service Family Accommodation (SFA) repairs and appointments. These include representatives from all three Services and a range of ranks and locations.
Those invited to take part will be contacted by post. From now until August, they will have access to an early version of HomeHub where they can feed back their thoughts and experiences through surveys.
The selected personnel and families are encouraged to support the development of HomeHub as the feedback they provide will be key in the continued development of the platform. HomeHub is due to be rolled out later this year.
