DIO has launched a new website, Defence Homes, for Service personnel and their families.
It replaces the GOV.UK Service Family Accommodation pages and is intended to improve the overall experience of SFA.
Users can find guidance on entitlement to SFA and how to apply for it, moving in, requesting repairs and how to make a complaint or seek compensation.
Features include a link to the Families First newsletter as well as details of SFA roadshows and where families can find support, such as AFF.
It also has information about the independent review team which has been appointed to ensure the Defence Housing Strategy, due for publication later this year, meets the needs of Service personnel and their families.
